Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of business development experience in the IT industry
  • Must have the drive in outside sales and excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Solid customer facing skills including ability to articulate company’s value proposition and deliver elevator pitch
  • Sound understanding of software applications including ERP, Business Intelligence, Cloud concept, Application development and support models
  • Understanding of the IT staffing model and technical skill framework.
  • Pleasant personality with a penchant to engage prospective clients into result oriented discussions
  • Must be enthusiastic, quick starter and ability to work independently with less supervision.
  • Minimum bachelors degree; preferred in sales and marketing
  • Prefer the candidate to have IT services experience
  • Willing to travel as required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to new clients and new contacts with existing clients.
  • Make initial contact with the prospective client, present TRUGlobal’s capabilities, qualify leads and engage technical team for pre-sales and solution selling.
  • Self driven to learn and understand TRUGlobal’s services, business model and value proposition and takes self initiative to update on evolving services
  • Quickly articulate the technical and business requirement of a prospective client and should be able to communicate that effectively to the delivery teams
  • Can provide insight regarding the engineers that are ideal for a given role
  • Has a proven screening process that focuses on both behavioral issues and technical expertise
